At Abbot's Shoes, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your fit. If your footwear isn't the right match, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
